Where we work
If your property is outside the municipal sewer line in the Fargo–Moorhead metro, you're in our service area. That covers the towns, acreages, farmsteads, and lake properties across Cass County, North Dakota and Clay County, Minnesota.
North Dakota — Cass County
West Fargo (unsewered areas) · Horace · Harwood · Casselton · Mapleton · Kindred · Argusville · Fargo (rural edges), Davenport, Oxbow, Briarwood, and the rural Cass County townships between them.
Minnesota — Clay County
Moorhead (rural edges) · Dilworth · Glyndon · Sabin · Hawley-area acreages and the rural Clay County townships.
Seasonal & lake properties
Seasonal places get septic service scheduled around how you actually use them: pump-outs timed before the summer crowd or before winterizing, inspections coordinated with property sales, and freeze-prevention advice for systems that sit idle over winter. If your lake place is a reasonable drive from the metro, ask — routes flex with the season.
Not sure if you're on septic?
Quick tells: you pay no city sewer charge on a utility bill, there's a cleanout or lid in the yard, or your neighbors talk about "getting pumped." If you're still not sure, call — it's a thirty-second question and there's no charge for answering it.
